Observations from CAT 2017–2024:

- Modern VARC focuses on comprehension and logic (RC, jumbles, etc.).
- CAT 2017–2021: 0 FIB questions; all VA was about arranging or summarizing sentences.
- CAT 2022–2023: Likewise, no blanks to fill.
Key Insights:
- 0 questions from 2017–2024 were of the FIB type.
- While improving vocabulary is helpful for RC understanding, you will not encounter standalone FIB questions in these years’ CAT papers.
