- You must be 18 years or older, or using the Platform under guardian supervision.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are non-transferable and strictly for personal learning use.
2. Platform Ownership and Content Use
- All proprietary content — including questions, mocks, dashboards, AI plans, mentorship content — belongs to Optima Learn.
- You may not copy, distribute, resell, or use any part of the Platform for commercial purposes.
- All tools and content are licensed only for individual users.
3. Third-Party Content and Attribution
- We may use or embed third-party content such as YouTube videos or external articles.
- Optima does not claim ownership of such third-party content.
- Credits are provided wherever applicable. Content owners may contact support@optimalearn.in for concerns or removal.
4. Service Modifications
- We may update or remove any feature or content without prior notice.
- Scores, analytics, and recommendations are AI-generated and do not guarantee success in any exam.
5. Payment, Fees & Refund Policy
- Access to premium features requires full payment through listed methods.
- No default refunds are provided for any plans.
- However, users who meet all of the following criteria under a valid Premium Plan are eligible for a full refund:
- Completed 100% of the structured daily plan within the platform.
- Appeared for the official CAT exam in the same year.
- Secured below a 99 percentile or above (overall).
- Submitted official scorecard and completion proof within 14 days of CAT result declaration.
- Refunds will be verified internally and processed to the original payment method. Optima reserves the right to reject requests not meeting all conditions.
- Fees are non-transferable and will not be adjusted for future services.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
- We collect user data (name, academic details, progress) to provide a personalized experience.
- Data is not sold. It may be shared with select partners under confidentiality for service improvement.

7. User Responsibilities
- Share your account or content access with others.
- Reproduce, extract, or redistribute our content or tools.
- Use bots or automation to access or misuse the Platform.
- Misrepresent personal or academic details.
- Interfere with or attempt to breach platform security.
- Violations can lead to account suspension or legal action.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Platform content and features are provided “as is” without warranties.
- We do not guarantee results or B-school admissions.
- Any usage is at your own risk. We are not liable for:
- Score or admission outcomes.
- System errors, data loss, or performance interruptions.
- Changes to content or scoring algorithms.
- Our maximum liability on a case-by-case basis is capped at the amount paid remitted by the concerned user to Optima Learn in the past 12 months preceding the cause of action.
9. Intellectual Property
- All design, branding, content, tests, algorithms, and reports are intellectual property of Optima Learn.
- Unauthorized use, tampering, or replication is prohibited.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- Terms are violated.
- Abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized usage is detected.
- Legal or regulatory action demands it.
11. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be attempted to be resolved, in good faith, first through mediation.
- If the dispute is not resolved within three (3) months of the commencement of such mediation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved through arbitration administered by the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of the dispute.
- The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the DIAC rules. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be Delhi, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
- Subject to the above, the courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction wherever necessary in connection with these Terms.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
