0 Cubes PYQ (Solutions)

Cubes in DILR typically involve puzzles on painted cubes, cube-cutting, or 3D stacking. However, from CAT 2017 to CAT 2024, these did not appear in any official CAT papers. No DILR set in this period featured cube-painting or cube-counting problems.

• Analyses of CAT 2017–2019 and CAT 2020–2023 report zero cube-based sets.
• Prep sources (Prepladder, InsideIIM, etc.) also do not list any cube-related puzzles within the DILR section.
• Cube puzzles are more common in other exams or older CAT papers.

Expected Weightage:
From 2017–2024, CAT included 0 DILR sets on cubes. (CAT 2016 had one cube-cutting DI set, but the topic has not returned since.) While students often prepare for such puzzles, they have not been part of recent CAT DILR trends.
